Making a purchase

After you have found a product you would like to purchase, first make sure you have selected a size or colour (if required) you can also add any extra comments to the EXTRAS box provided.

Click on the add to cart button then the proceed to checkout.

It will then ask for a login details and as a new customer, click on the wording in bold just under the login section you will find new customers click here.

Then fill in all the details including a username and password. Click continue check all details are correct then continue with checkout. You can now choose your postage and payment type (we accept Paypal, Visa or Mastercard, or Direct Deposit)

Click continue and this will finalise your purchase, you will then receive a invoice to your email address and it will take you to a paypal site if you have selected Paypal as payment, or Paymate if you have selected credit card. Direct Deposit details are on your invoice if you have chosen this method.

Postage and Handling

For our  Little Moos customers we are currently offering FREE REGULAR POSTAGE on all of our Headbands and Hairclips worldwide!! so you may order as many or as little as you like.

For all other items postage is calculated by an Australian Post calculator and your total postage cost will be added at the end of your transaction. Our Postage charges are LOW and we only charge actual costs. You can proceed to the checkout to check postage charges prior to making a purchase.

As Little Moos is an Australian Registered Business, we are also registered for GST a 10% GST Tax is included in the price of all items.

Most of our items are custom made to your order so please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed before it is posted (please see individual product listing for more accurate process time as some items can take much less time). If you need something quicker, please contact us before purchase and we will let you know if this is possible.

If an item shows "in stock" or "premade" in the Approximate Shipping Time section then this item will be posted to you within 24 hours of your payment clearing.

Refund Policy

At Little Moos we want our customers to be 100% happy with the item they have purchased. However if you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with tags attached and shipped with a delivery confirmation number. A refund or exchange (less postage charges) may be issued when the original product is received by us. Customer is responsible for all additional postage incurred as a result of a return or exchange. Used and destroyed items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Sorry we do not accept refunds from Custom Made products unless the product is faulty.

Payment Methods Accepted

Paypal - All credit card payments and bank transfers can be made easily and  securely  though paypal. Paypal is a free secured service to make online payments. free to sign up. free to send money. If you don`t have a Paypal account, sign up today at www.paypal.com.au

Direct Deposit to Westpac Bank Account (Australian customers only)

Credit Card - Select Paymate as payment choice - Accepts Visa and Mastercard you dont need to sign up to send money.

Over the phone Credit Card- I can now accept Visa and Mastercard payments for over the phone orders. Processed through Paymate so please note that if you choose this option your statement will show as payment to Paymate.

Before you call please take down the Item Name and Number #, Colours, Size and Quantity of the items you wish to order. You will also need to give Email Address, First and Last Name, Phone Number, Postal Address, Credit Card type, Card Number, Name on card and expiry date then call Jaki -               0407 647 644         0407 647 644. Please note that your order will not be processed until your payment has cleared.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to respecting your privacy and we would never give out our customer information to a third party. All personal information we recieve is kept strictly confidential.

Conditions Of Use

Please note whilst we take much care in making our items well secure they are not designed to be chewed upon. Some of our items contain small parts so please use with caution at all times and always supervise your baby/children while wearing our products. Never leave a young child unattended while using our products. We recommend that you remove your child`s accessories before naptime and whenever they are out of reach (ie car seat). By placing an order you agree that Little Moos accepts no liability for use/misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.
